We provide budget and value engineering solutions, and manage all aspects of the build right through to certificates of occupancy and in some cases, post-construction follow-up.
With over ten years of Los Angeles-based construction experience, we offer Pre-Construction Planning and Construction Management and Services packages and work seamlessly with architects, engineers, business owners and consultants to complete each project.
Pre-Construction Planning
Prior to construction beginning, Ford Development participates in preparing budgets, design decisions, evaluations, studies, value engineering, value analysis, scheduling, construction reviews, so that we can hit the ground running from the moment the team arrives onsite.

Onsite Construction Management and Services
Ford Development is responsible for the overall management of a job site and provides all of the material, labor, equipment and services necessary for the construction of a project. We work with our team of in-house construction experts and also manage the hiring of specialized subcontractors to perform all portions of the job. We manage the quality of work performed by contractors onsite and ensure the team meets all necessary safety requirements.
